Campsite opening hours

Visits outside of opening hours are possible at any time by prior arrangement.

Office hours

Daily from 8:30 am to 11:00 am and 1:00 pm to 5:30 pm,
except Wednesday from 8:30 am to 9:30 am and 4:30 pm to 5:30 pm.

Check-in for the nature campsite is located at the reception in Gasthaus Perlbach.
We speak German and English.

Check-in and Check-out

Check-in is possible daily from 1:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
Check-out please by 11:00 am at the latest.

Payment

You can pay for your stay comfortably upon check-out.
We accept cash as well as debit and credit cards.

Note:
Restaurant bills cannot be transferred to the campsite bill.
Please settle these directly during your visit.

Cancellation

Would you like to cancel your booking? Then please reply directly to the email with your booking confirmation.

Free cancellation is possible up to 3 days before the arrival date or within 12 hours of receiving the booking confirmation.
This excludes bookings with arrival on the same day.

In the event of a later cancellation, the following compensation rules apply.

In case of cancellation

1 to 2 days before the arrival date:
- 50% of the accommodation price for the booked days.
on the day of arrival:
- 70% of the accommodation price for the booked days.
due to no-show (without cancellation by the day of arrival):
- 90% of the accommodation price for the booked days.
